Recording Your Global Service Hours and Reflections

These two documents should be created in your RCPS Google Docs account and shared with the Global Studies Coordinator, and your counselor.

Log of Hours

Create a spreadsheet to keep track of your hours.  Title it as: “your last name Global Service Log”

The page should be set up like the one below with the same headers along the top and each service opportunity numbered on the left side.  There will be as many numbers under Global Service # as there are events of Global Service.  Some students will have only one event and others will have more than 10. It all depends on how you divide your service.

Global Service Reflections

Create a document to keep track of your reflections and to link to your hours log.  Title it with “your last name Global Service Reflections”

The document will be a running tally of all of the events you have done.  Number each entry with the same number as under the Global Service # on the Global Service Log.    Below is what page should look like.
